Service Description

Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or returning to exercise after childbirth, you'll receive personalized guidance in a supportive environment. Each session prioritizes core and pelvic floor health, proper breathing mechanics and progressive strength training to help you feel confident, capable, and strong inside and out.

Cancellation Policy

MomStrong Small Group Classes Registration & Attendance Pre-registration is encouraged for all classes Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled and prepared. Class sizes are limited to maintain quality and safety. Payments Payment is due at the start of each session/package. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions must be used within the designated timeframe. Health & Safety All participants must complete a health intake form and waiver prior to starting. Please notify the coach of any injuries, pregnancy, or postpartum considerations. Babies and toddlers are welcome, but caregivers are responsible for their supervision. MomStrong is a judgment-free zone — respect, support, and encouragement are expected from all participants. Inclement Weather & Emergencies If class is canceled due to weather or emergencies, participants will be notified ASAP, and a make-up class will be arranged.
